I just saw this post today about your video critiques of all of the submissions.
I was captivated by your suggestions to each image and watched the whole thing through.
Thank you very much on the critique, I do use traditional mediums as this point and I am investigating digital formats to bring my work to the next level and hopefully increase interest in my work for children's illustration.
Another Inktober submission. I ended up combining Days 20 and 21 (Breakable & Drained) into 1 panel. I believe it serves my story better.

@Norman-Morana Haha that is so funny you should mention that. Originally I had wanted to do the March contest like this!!! I'd started the puppet and everything but then chickened out.
I had to watch the All Stars on replay this year (sorry, staying up past 11pm with Covid just wasn't in the cards), but I wanted to say, Wow! Such great artwork! So many clever interpretations! I'm very proud of you all!
WIP Sandcastle contest... Hoping this story makes sense and if I need to adjust anything? Making pieces for portfolio. This was reviewed in the Creative Lab with Aram Kim in the "Creating Picture Books That Soar" intensive in the SCWBI conference last weekend. Aram suggested I add in more color as in a beach scene. I am not sure how to do that without it becoming too busy! Any thoughts?
