MERMAID CHALLENGE WINNER

@Severin-Baschung I loved the concept on this one so much. It was very creative and technically solid as well. Concept + execution are always paramount and this piece had both so that is why it won

This piece was so beautifully painted. I love the light and the drawing is georgous too!
