Character design class sort of finals. Might go back in later. Trying to do a book spread and the wizard of oz cover before end of the month, plus submit another mini book project/video thingymabobaroni outline by wednesday midnight for a local festival that’s moving online. Wondering if I’ll burn out on illustration this month, I hope not!

Still working on my vehicle design final. It has morphed into a true educational painting. As I work on this image, bits at a time, I am figuring out how my digital watercolor tools work. I am also working on Will Terry’s texture class to learn how to create the moss that I want to put all over this car. I was lucky enough to get this critiqued by Mr. Terry a few weeks ago, so that was AWESOME. Anyway, it’s coming along.

@TessaW Oh my goodness I LOVE that kid by the K in King. I love the overall piece and that dragon as well! But that kid makes my day!

I just finished up my Zoe Perisco inspired work and it didn't come out as nice as I'd like. I did like the mountains and so I remember that "song of the sea" Pinterest pictures had similar line work on their rocks, so I wanted to give them a similar go with pastels:
These are set up for Instagram which is why there is so much white space between. Thanks

@xin-li , I love this little guy so much! How did you get so much color in the fur and in those little music notes? Beautiful! That color variation adds so much interest and life to the image. I’d love to know how you did that.
