MARCH CONTEST: Fairy-Tale Traveler

This months contest is from @Jake-Parker and it will be a character design challenge!
Your assignment is to design a Fairy-Tale Traveler
Your character is young, naïve, but resilient and stouthearted! Their quiet village is hidden away in a secluded valley, but is in grave danger. A horde of goblins have promised to raid the village when the harvest moon rises. Our young traveler is on a quest to find someone, anyone, powerful enough to fight back the horde and save their village from destruction.
What we want from you is a character design sheet with your own take on the traveler. They could be a halfling, elf, human, or animal. Just make them appealing and interesting.
Every entry must have 5 color drawings on ONE page:
1 neutral pose front, 3/4 view
1 neutral post back, 3/4 view
1 walking or running pose
1 sitting pose (ground or chair)
1 close up of faceWhat can you do to make the character stand out from ALL the other designs of fairy tale characters you've seen? Think of the character's background, personality, wants, and needs. All of these attributes will play an important role in the creativity of your design.
The contest is open to anyone. But the winners and runners up will only be selected from active SVS members.
Post only finished pieces here. Post WIP projects in their own thread.
Put your real name and forum name on the image somewhere (can be on a border if you like).

@Asyas_illos they might repeat the pattern, where we use this character for two more prompts. So although I'm glad to move on, I'm going to be more careful in choosing my concept this time

This challenge fills me with dread. I really struggle with human-like faces and figures, I had a lot of trouble with Feb’s cooking yeti and nearly gave up. So this means I am DEFINITELY going to have a go at this! I’m going to face my fears (which is actually a fear of drawing faces
) -

Are these suggestions, or must the character be within these character categories? For example, would an Orc be off the table?

@jakecrowe pretty sure they are just suggestions you can create any character you want as long as falls into the storyline.
