@MissMushy I’ve never used the isometric grid tool. Is it an aid for perspective work?
-
@DaveLeekArt I think it is a stylized perspective tool - no vanishing points - all lines just seem to run parallel at a particularangle. I am not sure- still trying to figure it out ️ Procreate also has a regular perspective tool included.
-
A new practice pet portrait in process- figured I should try a tabby cat

Thank you so much! You want to hear something ironic? I struggled, like agonized mentally, over my entry for the All Stars November prompt, Together. It took me weeks, And it’s so not great.
This piece took me two days, evenings really, and it just came together so easy. I just relaxed and had fun and poof. I just don’t get it. I wish I had time to turn this one in for the contest but as it’s tomorrow. Lol. Oh well. Live and learn right?. -
When bored/depressed I like to draw lineups of old characters.
-
Trying some new digital painting techniques for Christmas gifts for friends. Bit self-conscious because they don't quite look like them, but still trying to give them something special!
-
I've been working on a set of pet based playing cards.

Children's book Double page splash dummy.
Time is closing in for me to start illustrating my first children's story.
Apparently the red haired gal did something that enraged the big fella here.
Those kids froze at their places...Opinions matter!
Share them if you need!Cheers!

I’m finally getting a chance to play with watercolor again. My husband got me these cool shimmer watercolors for Hanukkah and they are perfect for pigeon feathers!

Just a doodle of a cute dinosaur wearing a winter sweater

You have inspired me to dig them out. =)x -

Playing with a lot of "character sheets" lately, exploring a sandbox world to play in. Determined I like a bit more "humanization" than stylized abstraction, so the baby character sheet is a bit more dimensional. The process is helping me think things through. Haven't taken Anna Daviscourt's character design class yet, so I'm really looking forward to that.
