Visual Development Job with Netflix
-
Hey, my buddy mike yamada just posted this job with netflix. For all you concept artists, here's your chance to go big: https://www.netflixanimation.com/jobs/4498415002?fbclid=IwAR23RTWP1zvnJn7Ddjfn2702-L7BTSnEU-wa25C7jQnZ8JZLcZ_ohRnCF54
If you don't have the total required experience, but DO have the skills, then apply. If you are nervous about being able to do this in a professional environment, do not apply.

@Lee-White Thanks for posting this Lee. Do you have any examples of what a good visual development portfolio would look like? Ive alway been curious about that.
-
@Aleksey Go to pinterist and search Concept Art. You will see a ton of finished images but also process. That is the most important thing to show in concept art. How you develop many options for something.
-
@Lee-White oh ok so to make a good visual development portfolio you need to show how you came up with several options for a single concept?
-
@Aleksey I really like this as an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=78HmmR9Jvy4

@StudioLooong oh ty this is exactly what I was looking for! I appreciate it. Having a good example that's filtered is very helpful for me. I saw a lot of pinterest but I didnt know if it was good or not or is it really concept art or just something that was tagged as concept art.
