June Contest - WIP - Critiques welcome

Hi. Running a bit late, but I'm really hoping to create something for this month's contest this week – having a lot of fun with this prompt. :-]
These ideas originated from my assumption that Bongo would need some basic knowledge of physics / trajectory to pull this off – hence I'd like to illustrate the moment where he's carefully planning his 'heist'. Also I think Clyde would be more easily persuaded if Bongo's tail was dressed up like a hotdog...
I'm looking for feedback on composition (or anything else you'd like to share) and would love to hear what to add or leave out. For instance, I wonder if it's a good idea to add concepts / props, like the blue print plan or the hotdog, that are not literally in the story...
I'd love to know what you think!

@PieterVanDerBeek great idea, If you are only looking to do one illustration on this one I would go with the second set number 2. But I think this concept would look great if it was a two page spread with the left page being Bongo with this calculation and then the right page would be where he is using his tail as a hotdog.

@PieterVanDerBeek I love the idea of the hot dog bun! Very fun.
Number III is the thumbnail that drew my attention the most. I think because it gives access to see both faces it helps.
Like @Chip-Valecek I do like II as it incorporates the planning sheet as well, maybe you could do a 2-page hybrid of those of III and II?

@Chip-Valecek @theprairiefox – Thanks! Having both Bongo and Clyde visible would indeed seem more appropriate...
