Hi, I'm new and would like to give this a try; mostly for the process. Is there a certain size/ dimension that I need to work in? Or is it best to stick with what Instagram requires for their photos? Thanks!

SORRY! This is finished version I forgot a layer before I uploaded. So as I said I wanted a cartoony, Ghibli and synthwavey look to this. -
I deleted a previous image.. I rushed the submission. I puttered some more which resulted in a better [to my eye]image. Lesson learned. Put it away and look with fresh eyes in the morning before submitting it as 'finished'
Cropped the image and worked some more with the value. Much better and that's it.. Finished, not perfect.
