My new journey :)

Hi there!
I am recently thinking about what I want to do as an artist... and after some time spending with svs community.... listening to svs teachers and watching tons of videos from Jake I realized what made my childhood filled with happiness! I grew up on comics and children books (poo the bear, Donald duck, Asterix and Obelix, and tons of others) and when I think about the books, tv shows and comics I instantly get so happy (nostalgic xD) also I am inspired a lot by impressionism which can be put so well into books and it is a great way how to give something to new generations.. So I am happy i subscribed to svs and I am looking forward to work on it (even tho i don't know how to start at all )

Hi Jonas, welcome aboard.
There is a lot to choose from so it can be overwhelming at first. Other students have had success picking 2 or 3 classes at a time and really trying to learn from them. This means doing more than just watching the video. It means doing work along with the video. Trying some things out, failing, then trying some more. Once you get that stuff worked out, then pick a few more classes and tackle those. Ask questions and post work along the way. : )
We are glad you are here. Can't wait to see your stuff!

Thank you, Lee and Ben!
I think I will start with making illustrations (freelance possibilities) before I jump right into books or comics but I will work on it too for sure. Also, I need to learn English more if I want to sell something worldwide
