Does this look finished? It is a fine arts piece for a client. It’s a watercolor wash style digital piece.
These are Florida birds called swallow tailed kites. Does the color look balanced? Does the composition look good?

@chrisaakins I think it looks cool. The only note I'd give is that there's a little too much negative space at the top.

I like the color palette. I think you could push the light and shadow a bit more. Maybe open up the dark feathers on the birds back with some reflected light.
