Here is my entry for this month's prompt. What started as a doodle of a robin sitting on a birdhouse unfolded into a story of a little boy and his mother playing with leaves and making leaf crowns.

@rizzyfig Something about the shape of that unicorn practically looking cross-eyed at a bright red butterfly just really makes me feel affection for him! I think I would like him if I met him in real life. I like all the colors and textures in the landscape as well!

Some may see painting every single leaf in the world as a tedious job, but have you ever noticed that no fall leaf looks the same? He takes great care in each work. The Pumpkin Prince is an artist and a servant in the deepest ways. Here’s my submission for this month! I started this in some brush pens traditionally if you want to see the first phase on my Instagram. This is the final.

Hi gang, I've been a longtime SVS member and have completed in a number of courses and regularly listen to the podcasts - but up until now I've never participated really in the forums. So this is the first time I've created and submitted a piece specifically for SVS. I just needed an excuse to create another illustration and this was definitely a good one. In preparation for the Baseball playoffs coming up, here's my rendition of the word "Fall".
