@asyas_illos Thanks! It's less that I work fast and more that I don't have much else to do, lol

It's been a hot minute since I posted last... I've been busy. Working on developing my illustration business by accelerating a Ko-fi Subscription Art Stationery, Wallpaper, & Ephemera Club, posting downloadable print-it-yourself stationery on Etsy, and listing handmade greeting card sets on Amazon. Today I sent out the 16th volume of my monthly newsletter (complete with an exclusive St. Patrick's Day phone wallpaper) which is going to increase to bi-weekly, and a couple of days ago I did another in my series of thematic postcards for my homework in a Skillshare class to discover my style.
I've been incredibly busy with my full-time day job as a professor of theatrical costume design this semester, but I'm slowly making baby steps toward becoming self-employed. Here's a sample of the projects I've been investing in:
-

Hold me, human servant, for I am the finest of flying kirblette squirrels and I must air my wings. Good. Good. Now return me to the crate!

I eventually finished my book cover portfolio piece (a month late!)

Me: I really need to finish the critique arena submission for this month, wish I had more time.
Also me: I really want to draw skeptical chickens. -

I'm done drawing the last page of my comic! It's a huge milestone for me and I'm so excited to be moving on to ink. BUT, I added one more page, . I wanted to do an end paper/ epilogue and today I worked on an area in the illustration that had a big empty space that screamed to be decorated. Since the time period of the story is supposed to be the same as the Art and Crafts movement, I went with it. This week we start the INK!!!
Work in progress on the story, The Box of Robber's, by Frank Baum, adapted for a comic by moi.

Working on this sketch. I had this image of Lewis Carroll telling Alice in Wonderland story while rowing the boat. I have been trying to make option A work but I feel like option B is easier to understand. Let me know what you guys think. Would love some feedback
