FEBRUARY CONTEST: The garage was trashed, but Riley made something to be proud of
-
@mymightypencil Haha! Love that she's used the entire garage for her creation
-
Here's my entry.
-
Here is my submission for this month. It wasn’t my favourite prompt, but it is done. I am really looking forward to the treehouse prompt in April though!
-
Hi everyone, I'm new to SVS and excited to learn more about illustration! Here's my first contest entry:
-
@asyas_illos Thanks. Haha! I was thinking about what my husbands face would look like.
-
Less time than I would have liked to have with this one, but mostly happy with how it turned out.
Good luck to everyone who submitted !
-
In the nik of time

-
@aurelia I really like the concept and your style!
-
Time got away from me this week, but I'm pretty happy with my b&w entry. I threw together a quick color version, too, which I think I'll upload too.
-
-
Struggled with this one, but hung in there...just like this cat.
Good luck to everyone! Lots of amazing submissions again this month!
-
I’m just gonna squuuueeeeze in here at the last minute! !
-
This month was a rough one. Hopefully this isn’t too late to be entered!
-
@carlianne that’s adorable!!
-
Love everyone's entries and how they solved this prompt.
-
@valerie-light This turned out great. I love the colors, and that garage is so well done with all the stuff in it.
-
@kim-rosenlof Oh, thank you! It took me a while to find out what the story is behind the robot. I was quite nervous about the oil painting brush, but I guess it turned out well.
-
@valerie-light Alright...you definitely get the prize for the most messed up garage! Nice work!
-
I thought that with knowing the prompts ahead of time that I wouldn't be getting the illustration done the the day of the deadline, but here it is the last day, and I just finished it this afternoon (maybe in March I will do better, but probably not :).
I wasn't super excited to draw a garage, but it was good to do something that I wouldn't normally choose.
Great job everyone!
