Brush Experimentation

@Thrace Thank you I really had good time doing the water.
@Lynn-Larson Thanks Lynn! I'm glad they do
@gimmehummus Thanks for sharing! Kyle got amazing brushes but I got to play only with couple. For some reason his watercolor brushes run very slow on my computer T_T. -

@gimmehummus I love those brushes! I have the Megapack and the Watercolour set so far. I haven't even begun to explore all of them..
@Naroth-Kean I assumed that you did use some combination of Kyle's brushes since your digital watercolours are so convincing! For what it's worth, when I first got the watercolour set they ran really slow. I was using a 2008 pen/tablet, then when I upgraded the slowness disappeared. Some of them still run a bit slow but it's much more manageable now. -
@Dulcie the only tool from Kyle I use is his one blending tool sadly. I use my own brushes and texture to create the watercolor effect I have been creating. I need to upgrade my mac it's really old.

I had the same lag problem with all his brushes when I used my old Intuos III tablet. Then I got a Cintiq and the problem stopped. @Dulcie I have the megapack, dry media and spatter. I want to hug Kyle for all of them.

Love this image and the sense of story it has

@gimmehummus I guess I will need to upgrade as well!
@shinjifujioka Thank you Shinji, glad you like it. -
Has a nice traditional feel to it. Thanks for sharing.

This is Kyle's Watercolor brushes set. I think his brushes create very soft watercolor feel while my method creates thicker paint. Interesting, might integrate some of his brushes with mine in later project. Brushes were used: Kyle's realwatercolor - Wamazing soft 175 , Kyle's rewatercolor - Wamazingl Wax Resist, and Kyle's realwatercolor - Wamazing 80 Multiply.

@Naroth-Kean Pretty. It looks misty. We live in a fishing village in Alaska and I've seen the water do something like this. Our bay is called Ketchemak Bay which means "smoky" bay. It looks like home to me.

@Naroth-Kean LOVE this one!!

@Pamela-Fraley Thanks Pam for the kind words I'm glad you find it relative. It must be very beautiful over there with all the water and real stuffs haha. I love water and I do a lot of water illustration. Checked you works on instagram and I really like them. Watercolor is my all time favorite.
