@Heather-Boyd Thank you, Heather, nice to meet you too! Sorry about the misplaced post. Still learning my way around.
-
@Valerie-Light it's really no problem lols. A new thread may just attract more interest that's all!
-
@jdubz I love this image! I think the soft warm light really gives it a beautiful mood. It looks like concept art for a movie. Nice work.

Here are a couple of things Iβve been working on this month...
-
Hi, everyone's doing such great illustrations!
I'm currently going slowly through the Painting With Colour & Light course, trying to lift my game in that area,
A friend and I are currently collaborating on a comic book about the story of Samson, just for a fun project. It's more for teens/young adults, not for little kids. So here's our latest piece from it. Still got a lot to learn about colour and light but hopefully I'm improving I hope it's not too violent for this forum! -
@Gary-Wilkinson Your work is so cute, and colouring/lighting is gorgeous!!
-
@Jade-Vaughan a girl interviewing her stuffed animals and accusing them of things with 'gotcha journalism' is genius. More please

Chewbacca's Birthday
Ghost Detectives
Monster and Boy

@Eric-Droke oh my gosh, the cats!! I could see this as a really cool wrapping paper! Or the front of a notebook, or any stationery for that matter. Awesome work!
-
@MattBaker Wowww, this is epic! Your body forms are all so beautiful and full of energy. This is one heck of a comic!
-
@MattBaker Very cool!

-
My husband is a childrenβs pastor & Star Wars fab. This is for his office. Painting in acrylic.
!
Oops...idk how to turn it. Sorry. -
@jsnzart any suggestions on resources for learning beginner basics in acrylic? There's a lot of conflicting advice out there and also plenty of demos and few lessons on actual paint consistency, how to keep your paint flowing smoothly etc. Thanks! Your work is lovely
