@KaraDaniel great concept! Itโs kind of where I went with mine too. You are very talented.
-
@juliemillardart thank you! Your piece turned out great, I love their expressions. I like the addition of the little squirrel too, so cute. ๏ธ This was a fun challenge!
-
@NelsonYiap Very cool design! Love the treatment of the silhouette.
-
I was inspired by Winnie the Pooh. Always walking in circles and wondering whose footprints he's seeing. =)x -
@burvantill I love this image. So poetic. The design and the composition are so good.

Thanks to everyone who helped me on this piece!

@xin-li THANKYOU !
-
@burvantill oh, I like this so much! Wonderful posture and expression of the bear and a really lovely quality to the line / colour / texture. I'm guessing watercolour? What did you use for the linework - I can't tell if pencil or pen?
-
@neschof I inked the line work separately and merged it with the watercolor in Photoshop. The line is different colors because I used photoshop voodoo to manipulate them. Some day this year I will make a YouTube tutorial on how I do that.

Here is my work. First time participating in SVS contest.!
-
@burvantill , I love your work. The shading is amazing.
-
@RG-Spaulding Thankyou!

@burvantill I thought of Pooh too when I first saw the prompt but I couldn't come up with a good thumbnail...you nailed it though! Cute!
-
@burvantill oh, brilliant, I'll look out for that!
