Taking classes, but no billing or order history. Also, certificates?
Anyone else having this issue? I'm enrolled,. This is month 2 of billing, but it doesn't show that on my dashboard.
What is the certificates tab for? I've finished 7 classes, no certificates in my dash. I have gotten simple e-mails saying that I completed a course though.
I checked in my certificate tab and I have two. I've finished a lot more courses than that but maybe because they only just recently refurbished the site there are some minor glitches? I think it was only upgraded on Thursday so it may take some time for them to fix everything. You could always flag it to Lisa?

@CLCanadyArts Hi there! The billing issue happens when you use Paypal to pay for the subscription. If you need to cancel, you can just email email@example.com for help:smiling_face_with_open_mouth_smiling_eyes:
As for the certificates, there's just a few classes that have them now, but we will be rolling this out for all the classes soon!
