Hey guys,
Very new to the illustration game I’ve been a tattoo artist by trade for the last 4 years but recently wanted to improve my art theory and make the leap into children’s illustration.
I discovered Jake Parker’s YouTube channel and through that the 3 point podcast (which got binged extensively the last few weeks) which eventually led me to signing up here.
For the first time in a long time I’m feeling excited about my art again and I can’t wait to get to know you all a little better.
Always open for constructive criticism, here’s some of my pieces, I feel like illustration wise I’m still finding my feet. Tattoos have certain rules to follow for longevity but illustration doesn’t have those restrictions, theres still rules I know but they’re different.
I’m hoping through this to improve my tattoos and develop an illustration portfolio that will help me break into the children’s book world.
