Really, Really, Late Christmas Present for my Sweet Grandma

Last year, I wanted to give my grandma a really nice piece of artwork for Christmas. She has fallin in love with that new fad of an old-time red truck hauling a Christmas tree. My plan was to make her a special art piece featuring an old red truck carting a Christmas tree. But sadly as usual, during the Christmas season, I found myself without anytime to make her the art.
So When Christmas came a few months ago, I gave my grandma a card that informed her:
"Santa's Elves have fallin behind on finishing some of the Christmas gifts this year. No Worries, they will have it to you in no time"Well, "no time" has now become over three months! So I really need to get on those Elves (aka myself) about finishing my grandma's present.
When I finish it, my plan is to have it printed on a canvas and shipped to her house.
So here is the rough draft:
I've played around with colors a little bit. But I also like the idea of doing a snowing scene. And I feel like this one is trying to be a spring scene (maybe it has to do with my Spring mood lol). What are your-alls thoughts?

@Squirrelsize awesome idea for your Grandma. It also reads spring to me. It could be the green trees and yellow ground. As well as the ducks. Maybe if you removed them and changed the color on the ground to a blue cool color that might help sell winter. Also maybe a little snow caps on the tree in the truck?

@ShannonBiondi Awe Thanks! Last night I was hanging out with grandma and I hinted that I finally got the Elves working on her present, she chuckled at that, hehehehe
