Email confirmation!

Hi everyone! We are trying to make it hard for spammers to, errr, spam the forum. So if you are logged in and try to post something, you may get a message that you need to confirm your email address. Basically all you need to do is just go to your email account, find the "Welcome to SVS Forums" email (it will be from NodeBB which is where the forum is hosted), and confirm your email. You might have to check your junk mail. Let us know if you run into any troubles!

Out of curiosity, when did this have to start? I haven’t noticed spam before last night

@ben-migliore we didn't really get hit hard until two days ago. Somehow we started getting slammed with fake accounts and posts. Not sure why. It sure is annoying!

@lee-white Yeah really is. Just hope it's getting better now!
