      In some reason after deleting information about card my subscription lost. Right after 5 min since i'm pay for it.
      And now i can't see coursed, and site say me i don't have subscription.
      And now support is silent for almost 48 hours.
      Hey, staff?! Is there anyone alive?

        If you still need help with SVS, go to the home page and scroll all the way to the bottom You should see a Contact Us button on the lower left. That should bring up another window to submit to the admins. Hope this is helpful. 🙂

          Of course im already find this button... And also couple of emails.
          And my problem still not solve.. My money gone, as well as subscription to the site.
          And support is silent.

            @RuTs I am confident they will make sure your problem is resolved properly. They are always very helpful for me. They may not be in the office at the moment.

              Sorry for the delay. Aaron, who typically answers our emails and does our customer support just got married on Sunday and is on his honeymoon. : )

              I'll get your issues to him. It will definitely get worked out.

                  Please have a little patience during this week. We value your account and are really sorry you are having this problem. But we aren't a huge corporation that has a big customer support team. I sent him an email explaining your situation. We will get it worked out. But probably not this week. Cause he's on his honeymoon and just got married.
