I have never had issues before but I am trying to Automate Photomerge a 2 part scan but it keeps telling me it is unable to align. Does anyone know the solution to this? Is there a setting that I can adjust? I have already tried shutting down and rebooting computer and also tried bringing both sides in seperately to adjust levels in case one was not dark enough to read. Please let me know what I can do.
You need to have a certain amount of obvious overlap for it to work. If it's saying it can't do it, it's probably because it can't recognize where to piece it together. Reshoot your image with more overlap and it should be fine.

@Lee-White Thank you Lee. I realize the piece I was working on had did have slightly smaller dimensions than the others in the series so when scanned another larger piece it actually worked. I guess I will have to cut back the size of the paper for it to work.
