Here is my entry for the contest. As you can tell I am not a big fan of this extended isolation, but the SVS classes have been a great outlet!

@TheTarheelYankee I really struggled getting the file size down and now it’s super blurry and loses a ton of detail. Do you guys usually start with a smaller canvas size for these contests?

@JudeKillory my isolation work is similar and in gouache too almost done. I like gouache a lot as well. You can be a traditional gouache buddy. lols

@Heather-Boyd Yes! I just came into ownership of a bunch of acrylic through a friend of a friend and might have to cheat on gouache for a little bit.

@Melanie-Ortins I really like how you textured the trees and bushes on this one. I always keep trying to do a more simplified style on that kind of stuff and it never looks right!
