This one is packed full of various superstitions like a four leaf clover, wishbone, horseshoe, bamboo, rabbits foot, dreamcatcher, lucky dice, bird pooping on you, ladybug, goldfish (said to attract luck and prosperity), turtle (considered lucky, due to their long lifespans), in Germany, lucky pigs ("Glücksschwein") are often given as tokens to wish friends and family a happy and lucky New Year, a penny with the head side up, the color red is considered lucky in Chinese culture, and an acorn for some more luck. Oh and of course the bad luck omen of a black cat crossing your path.

"Don't step on a crack, or the underworld attacks..."
A goggle search to research superstitions informed me that "Don't step on a crack" had once held the dark fear that demons would escape from the underworld if a crack was trod upon. And... Percy Jackson has been playing non-stop on audiobook over summer road trips...This is what I came up with...

Hi all! This is my first contest submission on SVS.
"Super Spy Black Cats"
Apparently, black cats can be lucky or unlucky depending on the country and culture, so I thought it would be interesting to have the cats escaping witches who are obsessed with them and pitchforks that are looking to see their end. Do you think black cats are lucky or unlucky?
Also, I just finished Jake's class "How to Draw Everything", so I tried to incorporate some of the elements I learned into this submission.

My superstition is one that says when you see a cardinal after the death of a loved one, the cardinal is your loved one's spirit letting you know they're OK.

Did anyone else ever leave a spoon under their pillow to tip the odds of a snow day in their favor? Wearing pajamas inside out also helped
