How about this? I was thinking about a crazy long journey on a wild and woolly ship adventure, and what that might look like when they arrive to shore. Not sure how the details will flesh out. Maybe an earlier docked ship on the beach with ancient carvings on it indicating an indigenous tribe is there? I always wondered what it would be like to set sail and not have an end destination only to discover how fun it is to just explore, figuring it out as I go.

Depending on the age group, not necessarily. Young kids are not always put out by it and take it very matter of fact like. When my niece saw half a rabbit hanging in the fence as a left over of a Fox she just said it needed a bandaid. I do wonder what is he doing with the stick. Is he killing the turtle? That would be a bit dark. -
