This is how Wikipedia defines it:
Pandanggo is a Philippine folk dance which has become popular in the rural areas of the Philippines. The dance evolved from Fandango, a Spanish folk dance, which arrived in the Philippines during the Hispanic period.
Pandanggo sa Ilaw (Fandago with Lights, originated Mindoro, involves the dancers performing while balancing lights.
I am seriously getting left behind by the prompts. I need to up my game.

I've been following the official Inktober prompt list and interpreting each prompt through a Harry Potter lens. I didn't take the time to upload before today, so I won't bombard y'all with everything I've done so far, but here's my three latest! I've been having lots of fun experimenting with ink washes and limited color. -
@kirsten-mcg awesome love Harry Potter!
