Great illustrations everyone!
I wanted to work on this more, but time is short so I am just turning in what I have and will have to fix the problems later.
I have to admit that I had a harder time with this prompt, not sure if I just wasn't excited about it, or if I just struggled trying to come up with something unique (which I know I didn't), or a combo of both. Did anyone else struggle?

Here's mine, after a very long road of concept work and laborious rendering. Some prompts really challenge me. This one stretched my skills, and added to my knowledge base after doing a ton of research about a topic I normally care nothing about. And as usual, I'm so inspired by the different approaches everyone chose for this. I wish I were as clever and funny.

@Valerie-Light Even though I can't read all the details, I think I get the story, it's super hilarious! The tortoise got a wrong turn but end up sliding to finish line before the hare! It's amazing how you pull together a complicated race from beginning to the end with just one image!
