@Meekipink I saw your follows, thank you, thank you. And thank you for your feedback, most appreciative.
-
@Heather-Boyd I wish it was Boyd! Bouteneff takes a lot longer to spell out to people lol
-
@burvantill Hello! So I haven't checked in for a few days...
I post on Tapas and Webtoons. https://tapas.io/series/OmegaElixir/info
Like I've said before it's Adult and not for everyone. It's NOT a superhero comic! But check it out if ya want. The first episode (all 5 parts) I want to go back and redo cause I've improved my art) but the recent stuff I'm pretty Proud of. Mostly.
-
@Heather-Boyd I saw this on IG. It is absolutely lovely!
-
@KatrinaF Thanx! I'll check it out.
-
@Asyas_illos I'm looking forward to that!!
-
Working on another kid. This time I want to challenge myself with a more difficult and interesting lighting setup. Helps to work slowly to figure things out
-
@Gary-Wilkinson These are so creative, and I think you're headed in a great direction with that lighting
-
@burvantill Thank you
-
Sketchy sketch for tattoo design placement
-
@HeatherB I love this so much!!! Beautiful... I love the flat color and the added detail, well done. And I love how you chose unusual breeds not just the standard H for Horse.
-
@ArtistErin thank you @ArtistErin ! Itβs a twitter prompt if you want to join in! This week itβs G Great Dane @AnimalAlphabets
-
-
@HeatherB Thank you!!! I will certainly join! So much fun

Every monday I committed the first hour or more till lunch time to "Creative Hour": make something that isn't an existing project. Sometimes it happens on my journal. This time it's on iPad.
I wrote a newsletter article about it on substack which I try to publish weekly. The gist of this week's article is that your stars can't align if they don't exist in the first place. Here's the illo I made to go with it
-
Another study!
Did I mention I love Art of books?
-
@Jeremy-Ross I do too. But there expensive so I just have Up and Brave!
-
Totally agree @Heather-Boyd!
In the spirit of transparency, I donβt have all these Art Of books, I just look at the covers online, lol.
I do own a few though.
-
@Melissa_Bailey Penelope was hilarious. I wonder if he used a brush pen and scanned the drawings in. It looks pretty digital to me.
-
@chrisaakins I think the textures were created traditionally and then colored digitally. If you look closely at the illustrations, you'll see that some textures are used again and again but are colored differently.
