How do I upload my work?

I tried to upload some of my work when I posted but for some reason it didn't show on the submission. Is there a maximum size allowed for images? Are jpegs ok?

usually i make a jpg copy of the image and then reduce the size of the longest side of the image to 1100 pixels and it seems to work fine for uploading - good luck
