Today’s Live Event - No Invite?

I didn’t get an invite for the Live event today. Instead I got an offer to sign up so I wouldn’t miss it. I am a fully paid monthly member.

On a side note...is there a way to ensure this isn’t happening when we enter the monthly contest? (Being eliminated because they don’t recognize you as a subscriber)

@LisaF Same story here! Last Thursday I didn't get the invite (I did get the signup offer email) so I had to watch on Facebook. I too am a paid monthly member. I sent an email to support but haven't heard back. Would you please make sure I don't miss the email link to this week's Live Event with Jake? I'd so appreciate it!!

@ChristopherB I did already get the email with the link for this weeks' live event, BUT I noticed that it said subscribers can join the zoom session through the Jump Into the Studio course where they put all the recordings to these sessions. Hope that helps. It will be 2pm MDT.

@ChristopherB Sorry about that! @carolinebautista is right, we are trying something new this time, and putting the event link in the Jump Into The Studio course

It's an experiment, hopefully it works as intended! In theory, you should be able to click on the class from your student dashboard, and be taken to the Zoom registration page, where you enter your name and email. It's a little different from the email link, which takes you directly to the live session.
