Forum rule?

I wondered if it were permitted to offer something for sale on the forums. I've got a drawing tablet that I never used, so it's art related. But I cannot find forum rules to see if it's allowed or not. Does anyone have a link, or can anyone tell me if it would be permitted?

So, I've got an XP-Pen Artist 12 pen display that I barely used. I mean, I tried it maybe 4 times. I have an old version of photoshop, and the menus in it show up super tiny on my Windows 10 computer. On this small pen display, I couldn't read them at all. It just wasn't a good choice for me.
I ended up buying an ipad pro, so I boxed up the XP-Pen and never used it again. Maybe someone on the forum would like it. I paid about $200, plus shipping. I'll sell it for $100 plus shipping. If anyone is interested or has any questions, please let me know.

@TessaW don’t know exactly, depends on your location and the service used. Mail is cheapest, but I feel like it’s also more risky. UPS costs more, but seems safer. Want me to pack it up and get an estimate on shipping to your zip code? You can send it to me in a private chat, I believe.
