Your first book as an illustrator is one that you yourself wrote? That's so cool!

3-point perspective is the best, literally my favorite podcast out of all podcasts; it keeps me going. An episode about podcasting is a great idea, even if just to help us appreciate how much work they put in for us to have this amazing resource.

@Debra-Garcia Yes it is and so crazy! I really hit it off with the editor who picked it up. Overall being a both a writer and illustrator has really helped because editors see my art and if they like it, actually ask to see my stories. It definitely feels like an advantage when it comes to building relationships with editors and art directors even with having an agent.

On the one hand, I got really lucky and on the other, I have been with SVS from the start and I don't think it would have happened with them!
