WIP “Ego Alley” this has been so frustrating trying to come up with an image with no personal reference photos. I’ll probably contact the photographer. It is just for my brother heath’s Christmas present. I don’t intend to sell it. But i would like to share the original photograph. I’m not going to until i contact the website. Fingers crossed i can pull off dock street. #slowvember2018 #slowvember #svslearn

@TwiggyT yeah, I need to remember to do that. I did find three other images that were similar, so I may be okay. I also took the boat out of the picture on the right and added a building.
Here is the progress I made tonight. I still have a ways to go. Landscape watercolors isn't my strong suit. Fingers crossed it turns out okay. Here's to leaving your comfort zone!

One more ink and one more wash later today and we will call it done. Well, at least for the competition. If anyone wants to add crits or comments I would love it. Anything is welcome! I'll probably try and make it straighter (building line and dock line) with the ink. It looks a little wonky. I really struggle with landscapes.
