Hey Guys a newbie just introducing himself

Hey everyone my names Curtis, I've been a SVS subscriber for a few months and I thought it would be good to join the forum and meet you guys who share my enthusiasm for art
A little background info about me, I'm from the England in the UK, I work as a Web Developer, I've always had my head buried in comics and manga since an early age and I've always wanted to be able to draw whatever my imagination is capable of dreaming up. During high school I took art but as a growing teen sports kind of took over but I had always hoped to fully dive into illustration one day. My goal is to be able to illustrate my own comic or manga.
I look forward to talking to all the talented people here!

@mrcurtisv I got about 10 years on you. I started college with the idea of animation, but during one of my classes the teacher mentioned how much money and jobs there are in web design right now. Still being able to be creative I switched gears and landed a job while I was still in school. Been with the same company for 18 years! I still get to do my art as a hobby and side jobs so its a win win for me.
