How do you submit something for Slowvember?

Is Slowvember being done as a contest as in previous months and if so, how do you submit your work? I'm new to this and couldn't find any instructions. If I decide to submit the painting I've been working on this month, I thought I would include thumbnails of the intermediate steps (sketches, value studies, reference photos) but don't know how/where to send all of it.
