I want a new set of eyes on this before I submit it. What do you all think?

      Thanks in advance. 0_1471293379104_MandyForteozthurs.jpg

I get a Toy Story feel with this. My only suggestion would be to watch your values. Everything seems to be the same value.

If this is digital, I would add a layer and add some line work. I would choose the colors for the lines from darkening the color of the clothes or body that it covers. The scarecrow would have dark blue lines on his clothes...

          I like this thought, overall...

I really like your concept, it's well thought out! I do agree that there could be a little more contrast in your lights and darks. Only a few places need it like between the yellow of the straw hat and lion, the base of the Glinda and shadows on the shelf.

Thank you for the suggestions. I am still very new to digital art and my lines are not very smooth so I was trying to avoid doing it but your comments pushed me to work on it and I don't think I did too bad. Thank you.

@Mandy-Forte adding the lines really helped. If you are working in photoshop, you can add a multiple layer and pick a soft blue/gray color with low opacity. that will help deepen your shadows with out losing any of your local color. Being new to digital painting, you are sure on your way already.
