Can't Subscribe

Hi there! I'm trying to re-subscribe but every time I put in my card information, it won't redirect me to a new page; I click "Pay With Credit Card" and it does nothing. I've tried refreshing the page, tried it on Chrome, and on Firefox but it's not working on either.
