How can I fix this?

When I go to Settings in my SVSlearn Forum I get this message:

Internal Error.
Oops! Looks like something went wrong!
/api/user/mara-price/settings
Failed to lookup view "partials/account/settings/sounds" in views directory "/home/saas/nodebb/build/public/templates"

Can someone help me fix this? I wrote to SVS Lisa last week but I haven’t heard back.
