@Lisa-Clark Thanks, itβs a lot of fun drawing sweets!

Gettin' there. I would love to have a full day of just making art.

@Tiffany-Thomas thank you!!

Exploring a character with some shapes!!

Been doing some studies for the book dummy I'm working on. I think I like drawing tigers. The downside, however, is that as I progress I realize how many steps backward I need to take in order to actually do what I want to do... It's more than a bit humbling. I'm glad I'm not on a deadline as this is just a personal project, because the estimated time of completion just keeps getting further and further away.

I'm done! My first comic page ever. Only took me 3 weeks. I didn't keep track but if I had to guess I would say approximately 18- 24 hours which i think is crazy long for one page. Granted that includes brainstorming, character development, story, layout, thumbnails, drawing, line and color. I drew the whole thing in procreate. It was great for the art but I'm thinking not so great for laying out and editing panels. @Braden-Hallett , I have some questions for you about clip studio.

Lay 'em on me! Clip studio'll save you a TON of time on the panels and speech bubbles and stuff. Maybe we can do a screen share thing since it'd be easier to show you than tell you!

@kylebeaudette Love your lil "beings?creatures?" Would love to see them move and talk in stop action. Whispy hair is great!.The one on the left reminds me of Bob Newhart (dating myself)

@Larue thank youuuu!!! Yes, they do evoke thoughts of stop-mo, but they'll never do that sadly. Here's my whole crew of 'Neblings'!
