Book Dummy Course?

Hi everyone! I thought I remember taking a course on here that was all about creating a picture book dummy. It went through breaking up the text and laying out the pages (I think Little Red Riding Hood was the example). But I can't seem to find it on the courses page. Does anyone know which course this was and if it's still available?
