just saw the kingsman 2 and wanted to draw the speedy cab. then realized it was a black cab haha, but i aint no quitter!!!!
Hardest thing in the world is to decide where and how to create shape when using blacks. Good one

Day 6 needed a little iron giant.
What are people’s thoughts on inktober use of ballpoint pens and Fine tip markers, instead of brushwork. Also do people lay down an underdrawing? Or is that considered a “no-no” in the world of inktober rules?

@bursaroo I'm not sure about the certified rules but I do construction lines and ink over them. I've noticed though that the cheap paper I'm using tends to rip when erasing over ink.

@jon-anderson really? Ripping? What kind of paper are you using? Or eraser?
@bursaroo I'm using a cheap sketch binder from Walmart that I found when school supplies were on sale. I lost the sticker that tells the weight but it's certainly on the lower end of the sketch spectrum. I use a paper mate clear point mechanical pencil and it's eraser. The ripping is not as common as I made it sound. I should've been clearer about that.
@jon-anderson ah gotcha. Enough that it’s annoying but not so much that it’s unworkable
@bursaroo exactly! Using better paper (and in my case not "sketching" the underdrawing but making sure lines) would make for a better experience.
