I am still working on my book project. I had it all pretty well layed out as to the pages so, I decided to start working on the larger pages with the final compositions. I do it tradtionally, btw. It takes me a long time to get to this point and I'm sure it isn't pefect but...that's off track. I am doing a counting book where Uncle Carl has chickens roosting on him, first one on his head, then one on his neck, etc. until he has 10 chickens on him at the end. It's been challenging! Well, I decided to work backwards from the last page to the first and it's been great because I put my energy into the more complicated pictures first and worked toward the easier ones and wow! What a difference it makes. I don't have to dread those complicated ones but look forward to doing the simpler pictures which movtivates me to finish sooner! Just something to think about. These projects can get old and hard to stick with at times but going backwards? I recommend it. Have a nice day!
