I tried out a new brush while working on a character design at the same time. I really like this brush, it gives off a traditional vibe
I've noticed it's so much more enjoyable to color with proper brushes compared to what I used before. Why didn't I think of getting new brushes earlier...

I spent all of September and October (so far) working on this mural at the school where my wife works. This is the first time in years that I’ve done any traditional artwork, but it was fun getting reacquainted.
Wall murals are hard.

It would be great to get your comments on whether you understand what's happening in this picture and how clear it is overall. This would be my submission for November, but based on the feedback I received in October, I'm wondering if the characters are too thin and thus unclear. I also know the frog is quite small, but can you tell what he's doing and why the princess looks sad? Because I really don't want to hear again that my illustrations are unclear.
