@Sarah-VanDam So so cool! I have an old Cricut calling me to figure out. My sister gave it to me I love paper cut stuff!! Just watched the second 3PP interview with Samantha Cotterill, I love the way Will describes how you can really use light to your advantage with cut paper illustrations.

Over the last month or so I have finished a short comic featuring my characters. I have started posting these pages on social media and my website.
Hope you guys like it (CW for language and some fantastical violence I guess?) Link to posts on my website

@ArtistErin Thanks, Erin!!

@Yiming-Wu Thank you! I designed the pieces on my iPad and cut them out using a Cricut machine. Then I painted or stamped the final details.

Been working on the SVS prompt Living Underwater. Combined it with MerMay, two birds, one stone sort of deal.
Anywho, still a WIP on the character explorations, and this is the direction I am taking it. After getting these characters finished here, I'll be doing some more thumbnails for the scene I want them in. Then I will dive headlong into illustrating that piece for the HTFYA stuff.
Just thought I would share it here, but you can also check out my sketch thread to get a little insight into my thought processes for creating my illustrations.

Lately I’ve been working on a series of greeting cards and stationery focused around teacups, and now I’m starting to incorporate cups from my family’s personal collections. My new goal is to maybe include a bit of dictated narrative with all the illustrations (like on the back of the card or something), since I know each cup has a story whether they’ve been gifted, inherited, or purchased. I’ve been livestreaming my process, and I’ve discovered a whole world of tea that I didn’t realize existed! Did you know there are two plants that brew edible blue-hued tea? Ha!! Neither did I!
I’ve taken to making a pot every time I stream. My favorite tea thus far is Good Earth’s “Hibiscus, Rose, and Sweet Berries” herb tea. Yummm!

Hi! Trying to push myself towards a still unclear goal, I made time and tackled some online challenges, besides the SVS challenge (which is the best
). Coloring is still something I am struggling with, but I will adress that better after I feel more confident over ideas, composition and poses. For these, I inked manually and colored digitally

I've been helping make raffle items for our high school drama club, who like many other schools is putting on Mamma Mia for their spring musical. It was a fun opportunity to flex my graphics skills. I usually don't have so much time to produce, because I teach full time, but it was April Vacation here in MA. Here are the things I have done. It was fun trying to capture the disco vibe!
Not sure what can be done with this graphic, but it was a fun mental challenge, like visual sudoku!
This boot graphic is going to be a wall sign that my husband will cut out of wood.
(a few of the process sketches for the flipped letters)
A graphic for an iron-on that is going on a tote bag. My daughter came up with the Bunny Bunny idea as a parody of ABBA's Honey Honey.
I crocheted some ABBA-style flower beanies to add to the baskets.
