The Elves and the Shoemaker - Triptych Feedback?
-
Hi, y'all! I'm stumped and was wondering if I could get your thoughts?
This is going to be a spot triptych depicting elves making a pair of shoes (from the story of the Elves and the Shoemaker.) I've sketched out five segments of the story, but I need to narrow it down to three. And I'm having trouble picking which three most effectively tell the story.
I think 5 is really important because it shows the finished shoe. But 2 and 4 are redundant because they both depict hammering, and 1 and 3 both depict sewing. Which ones do you think are the most important?
Thank you so much!

I forgot to mention. Basically, I'm thinking it should either go 1, 4, 5 or 2, 3, 5. But I can't decide between the two options.

@baileymvidler I agree 2,3,5 I love them!

@baileymvidler they are all super cute, but I agree with you- 2,3,5 are the best.

I can tell from the sketches that itβs going to be so fun! I canβt wait to see more

2, 3, 5 for me too! Great gestures!

2,3,5 for me..
-
I love them all!!! In 4 - maybe to add a little anticipation (sorry for low opacity).

@baileymvidler they're all wonderful but I like 2,4 and 5 - I think maybe 4 needs the swing a bit more emphasised, like he might topple over? I'd like to see them finished

Thank you @Mara-Price, @Dima-Eichhorn, @arielleli, @Neha-Rawat, @Shyam-Sailus for responding!
@Rachel-Horne, yeah, I agree with you that the swing could be pushed further. @Diane-Kond's edit is a good idea. I will try to show the elf struggling with the big hammer.
Thanks so much, everyone!
