I think it's hard to tell because of the resolution, what size was it scanned at?

You can experiment with some of the tricks here regarding to reduce some texture if you want. I used the first trick on the list for some of my inktober scannings. It worked like a charm.

@Phil-Cullen actually I realized I used my camera, but I think the blurriness might be from done of the ink in my painting running. So I probably just need to do manual touch up.

@xin-li oh cool! I'll check that out! I think this ended up actually being my photo of it because the scan was super weird.
