I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone via email, but I was finally able to get my subscription today and it charged me 3 times, I even double checked my bank account. Please help!

Oh dear! Sorry to hear that @BWoodford. I'm sure @aaron will be able to help. When I subscribed I needed some help..not quite the same problem but I emailed and they did get back to me and sorted it out. Hopefully someone will be in touch soon!

That also happened to someone in my critique group. Just email them and they should get back to you with the refund.
