I DID THE THING!!!

After posting a series of cute Alpaca pictures in December, I had people keep coming back and asking when I was publishing the book. I had no plans to publish a book. Just cute pictures. But then I got thinking, Why not?! Half of the pictures were pretty much done. I just had to make the other half, and add some supporting text. And format it all pretty like. And learn how to self publish. Easy, right?
Well, a few months later, it's done enough to hit that publish button! I went with Amazon KDP since they're the easiest and most forgiving to work with. I love room for failure!

So grateful to SVS for the classes that have helped me level up (and continue to level up), for the podcasts, and for Will Terry for sharing his self-publishing journey on YouTube. It's all been incredibly inspiring!

And here it is! In the wild! With my name on it!

[I should probably make a much bigger deal about releasing and such, but for now, I'm happy for this gentle release. Boop. It's there. I've got lots I want to write and illustrate, and I'm sure I'll keep learning as I go!]
