Assignment draw a house

hi Guys. this is my first assignment - draw a house. finding it hard going but fun. i have a lot to work on fundamentals. my first attempt at drawing a house was tough as you can see did not finish. trying to cut triangles into the side of the house and keeping it all in perspective not easy. critique and tips much appreciated. thanks

@blackhound-rise I'm still not great with perspective myself, so I am not the best person to give pointers on things to change in that regard if anything. Take the first perspective course and then revisit this drawing if you like with those expanded skills.
As a drawing, you could push the mid-tone and shadows a little more, but overall I think your drawing satisfies the first assignment. Keep building on your skills with the next courses. You have a nice house drawing!

I just finished this class too- it was definitely tough to draw a house so quickly! Your second one looks really good. I love the cylindrical part of the building sticking out like that- it gives the house a lot of character. It's charming!
