Cloud entry

This was my entry into the Critique Arena. Found the prompt really challenging but just did my best. Any advice on improving my composition would be appreciated. Thank you.

@Bill-B Hi Bill, I'd try zooming out and playing with scale a bit more to make that cloud-hand looming and a bit more menacing.

@Bill-B Hi - I think the three characters with horses are too small. I couldn’t tell what they were without zooming way in.

@Bill-B This is a fun concept! I agree with @Katherine . Try zooming out a little. At first I couldn't tell that the giant hand was coming from the cloud. A little more space behind the hand would help with that. Also, maybe try making the hand softer looking, so that it matches the cloud a little better.

@kirsten-mcg Thank you for the response. I’m still very new to composition. I think when I’m in the thumbnail phase and I find a design I like, that should be a sign for me to explore that design further.
